Ish Sodhi Family

Ish Sodhi Family, and he was born in Ludhiana, India, to a Sikh family. His grandparents hail from Lahore in Pakistan pre-partition. His parents are Rajbir Singh Sodhi (Doctor) and Simrat Sodhi (Teacher). He has no siblings.

Ish Sodhi family migrated to Auckland from Ludhiana, Punjab in the year 1996. He was only 4 years old at that time. He grew up in Papatoetoe, Auckland, and attended Papatoetoe High School. Sodhi is married to Navjot Kaur, and they have two children, a son and a daughter. They live in Auckland, New Zealand. Sodhi is a devout Sikh and follows the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and has spoken out against racism and discrimination. Sodhi is a proud New Zealand Person and he is grateful for the opportunities that the country has given him. He is committed to giving back to the community and is a role model for young cricketers.
