In domestic cricket, he represents Surrey, having previously played for Sussex, and has played in multiple Twenty20 leagues, including for Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. Jordan is a right-arm fast-medium bowler who can also bat lower down the order. He is known for his yorkers and slower balls, and is considered to be one of the best death bowlers in the world.
He has been a regular member of the England ODI and T20I teams since 2013, and has played in 220 ODIs and 102 T20Is, taking 105 and 81 wickets respectively. He also played 3 Test matches for England, but was not very successful and was dropped from the team after the 2015 Ashes series.
